Ebola Response
During the West African Ebola epidemic, Gray Ghost supported an inter-governmental organization by building an operations center from the ground up. Our consultants worked both on-site in West Africa and at headquarters, creating systems that allowed seamless information flow from the crisis epicenter to European leadership — enabling swift, coordinated decision-making.
American Ambassador Rescue
When the American Ambassador to Tanzania required urgent evacuation from Dar es Salaam, Gray Ghost secured safe transport through one of the most remote regions of the Serengeti — closed to visitors for over 30 years. We coordinated Maasai Warrior escorts, U.S.-based security, air transport, off-road vehicles, and discreet luxury accommodations, ensuring both safety and comfort.
Civil War Evacuation Planning
For a corporate client with 5,500 employees in a conflict zone, Gray Ghost developed a high-complexity evacuation plan in anticipation of catastrophic flooding during civil war. The operation involved navigating policy restrictions across three countries, coordinating the evacuation of citizens from 11 nations, securing sensitive data and equipment, and maintaining security presence at the facility until the final moment.
